"An amazing and beautiful hotel in the most perfect location. All of the staff was wonderful, the restaurants were delicious, and the rooms were quiet. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip."

"The hotel was nicely maintained. My only issue was that the beds are hard as a rock. The pillows are great. The bathroom door kept sticking, because they put too many coats of paint on it. It was updated nicely."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It was so easy to explore Chicago on foot from this location, great restaurants are nearby. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated but overall are clean. Would definitely stay again as you can’t beat the location and price."

"Needed a quick hotel. The room is very cutest, very clean, and calming. They have a bar downstairs, if you're into that and offer loose leaf tea + coffee in the lobby, staff is pretty helpful. Breakfast is not free / complientary. It's $30 extra, so plan ahead if that's important to you. Room is cute and clean, overall. And the building easy to find."
