"A comfy well-equipped holiday home. The owners were very helpful. We were treated to a very substantial welcoming pack on arrival. Parking was easy directly outside the house on a quiet road. Easy access to war areas of the Coxwolds. The perfect home from home."

"Always enjoy our time here but it was a shock to find that access to the spa is no longer included. Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the £15 per person each day required which puts an additional £60 on an overnight stay if you want to go in when you get there and before you leave."

"The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "
