"The reception staff was very nice. There was confusion over where to eat on the property. we went to eat at the beach restaurant and it was closing so they sent us to the restaurant in the building where we could only get a buffet.
there was only 1 elevator and it was not working part of the day and we were on the 4th floor. Very confusing layout of rooms as there are different levels and staircasses to access the rooms. Nice beach area.

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Barbados Resort, and overall, the experience was average at best.
The bedroom itself was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom definitely needs updating. The bathtub never appeared fully clean, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to use it during our stay.

"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. "We had a wonderful stay at the Crane Resort. Our room and view were amazing. The staff members were top tier, so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were brilliant esp Zen. We looked forward to breakfast overlooking the beach every morning. Can hardly wait to return. "
