"I paid for a room with a balcony. upon arrival.I requested it be on the four floor. They places me.in a regular room. No Balcony. Please refund me the difference in the rate from a roo. With a Balcony verse theor regular room."

"Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price."

"We had such a great stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has an incredible view of the ocean. It was very peaceful, the beds are super comfortable all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping was amazing they kept our room spotless every day. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here if your visiting Barbados. The only thing I felt was lacking was entertainment."

"I had a beach view room with a balcony. I didn’t go on the balcony much because it was not the cleanest really, there was bird poop stains. The room itself was ok, fairly comfortable but the valance sheet on the bed was filthy at the corner where it dragged on the floor. Room was cleaned daily but the bathroom could do with updating and modernising. Only 1 roll of loo roll was given, and if I need more, I have to go ask. There was no kettle to make tea, only a coffee machine, which I didn’t use....

"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. "The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to borrow beach towels, which was very convenient. There are also 2 adorable cats on the property that made our stay even more enjoyable! Our room looked exactly like the pictures online. We thought it was good value for the price we paid. The bed was a bit firm, the toilet didn’t flush very well, and the shower pressure wasn’t the best, but nothing dramatic. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing that could be...
