Although they may make some updates to zippers of tents, and consider onsite staff for security and questions or concerns. We were confident to stay that night since we knew there was staff staying onsite that night and lots of other people staying as well. "Amazing. They need to communicate quicker and earlier and better. I had questions: no response for too long. They sent me a text the day of saying I needed 4wd, which I didn’t have and it woulda been too late anyway. They sent me an email, which I skimmed because I am busy, that talked about dining but was not for our site. Besides the communication issues. We LOVED our experience."
