"A very basic motel, but it was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Small fridge and microwave. Much better in price than other properties near Bryce Canyon National Park where we went for hiking. The difference in price was worh the 25 minute drive."

"The fact that the whole town’s water supply was undrinkable was pretty bad. Theyonly provided 2 small bottles of potable water. Room was very small and there were no instructions with the TV - someone from the front desk had to come to turn it on. No in room microwave. "

"Rochelle was a great host, the bed was massive, the shower/bath perfect. Lots of parking space and a beautiful garden to enjoy. The breakfast was homemade and perfect for getting you through the morning. Ideally located for Zion or Bryce Canyon. A pleasure to stay here, thanks."

This was not due to the quality of food which was comparable with most offerings of other similar priced motels. The disappointment was due to the staff having their breakfast during the busiest time in the morning. "The cabins are right outside of Red Canyon which is absolutely beautiful. The cabins were clean and it was nice to stay in a place that isn't connected to other rooms. I liked the porch with a bench and being able to park directly in front of the cabin. The only complaints I have was that the water came out in spurts, but the water was clean and quickly turned hot and cold. The beds were pretty stiff, but clean. Our cabin wasn't ready when we got there well after 3 pm, but luckily we had stuff...

"The staff and cleanliness of our room was great, the Cowboy bar has good food, but the breakfast is lacking! Outdoor spaces are not as depicted in the photos. Overall, ok for the price and convenience to Bryce."

"Parking was easy, the road is unpaved and had a little mud but I had all-terrain tires so it was fine and should we for most vehicles, it wasn’t too bad but it rained a day or so before we showed up which is rare during the dry season. Fun times though, the fire pit areas are great and have cooking utensils"

"The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent. "
