"We stayed two nights. The property is dated, but it was still clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to transportation into Bryce Canyon. Breakfast was okay, but not what was pictured in the photos. It was very walkable to other dining options and amenities. I would stay here again if I was in the area."

"This is a great alternative for larger families like ours to having to rent multiple rooms. The quality and care of the interior of the rooms is evident right away. It offers an escape from the chaos of the Canyon alley hotels and is a quiet respite after a long day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Bryce Trails is everything you expect from a bed and breakfast stay. LeAnn did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. The room (Under the Rim) is exquisite with a wonderful view that benefits from sunset. I recommend sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the evening breezes and morning nature. "Super hard bed otherwise good"

"The property is clean, rooms are good size but very poorly maintained. Towels and curtains are very old (washed but stained). Gentleman in the lobby was friendly and helpful."
