"Clean and comfortable room, polite staff and ideal location right in the centre of Chester.
The nearest parking is only a 5-10 minute walk away and costs £8 for 24 hours.
Unfortunately we didnt have chance to eat here as we only stayed 1 night and had other plans but the food being brought out to other guests did look great.
Would definitely stay again!"

Spa was lovely, not too busy very clean.
All staff were very polite friendly and helpfull. Our waiter in the palm court was excellent. Olly.
All food was delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast and evening meal at the palm court.
The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful decor. We like bed celebrating our friends 60th birthday there and will definitely be back."
