"The young man that works the front desk needs training how to talk to costumers. He was snippy, full of attitude..didn’t crack a smile. We are not the only ones that noticed, as had a chat with others while walking down the hallway."

"Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly the pool and hot tub were not maintained at all. The floor of the pool had chunks missing. The hot tub was cool and I guess it's cheaper to put up a sign that says the jets do not work instead of fixing the problem"

"Hotel well located, very clean and parking not an issue. There were several issues, however. The coffe machine was hard to operate, but I suspect that it was not working properly. Also, the tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty. Having said that, I will return to the same hotel, provided the I can enjoy a hot cup of coffee upon waking up in the morning.:) "
