"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. "The property was new, beautiful and cleverly designed with lovely loung and kitchen bespoke for the three rooms the area is lovely as are the pub/ restaurants"

"Room was okay but small. The mattress was amazingly comfortable albeit the wooden bed frame was a little creaky. The walls are paper thin and the doors closing and opening extremely noisy so not as restful a break as the location demands"

"Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool. To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too! All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. This will be a regular stop off for us whilst visiting my daughter in Liverpool. All I can say is Thank you . Lisa, Lee and Finley x"

"Location was fine. Room was freezing. Instructions were incomplete so was unable to change mode to actually heat the space. Brekkie was adequate (comparing to numerous Premier Inns I have stayed in over the past 3 weeks of travel in the UK."

"For the price point you can’t go wrong . Parking is hit and miss ( random weekday was no problem ) but need to arrive close to check in or super late for a parking space on site. "Great hotel in a nice area. Car park is a little tight and first come first serve but the ncp car park is literally opposite this hotel. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, we also had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing. My only complaint was the people above our studio room where thundering around which was noisy but I’m not 100% sure if that belonged to the hotel as we had to exit the hotel and go round the corner to get to our room (studio 45)"
