"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Not as advertised at all. Main picture of brick building is in fact a pub across the canal. Heating not working so they put oil rads in two rooms. I could have stayed as usual in the Rookery for less money. This is one case where you “don’t get what you paid for” Stay away it is awful!"
