"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The rooms were a perfect size for two people. Bed was super comfy. We really liked the location between Times Square and Central Park. Love that while we were in our room we couldn’t hear other guests around us. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Better, newer, more quiet than Millenium Broadway next door. Has lounge all time beverage. As Broadway Front Desk they dont have courtesy to admit that they dont have facility available but still charging facility fee to guests. Thankful for Hector's courtesy and helpful info."
