"Excellent location and the staff is phenomenal! The shared bathrooms are clean (until a rude guest ruins it) and the cafe and outdoor spaces are cozy and lovely. Grab your coffee and breakfast and head across the street to the waterfall public park. A GEM! Do not miss having lunch or dinner at SUGARFISH. OMG!"

"The hotel staff was rude and not helpful . Never saw anyone at the concierge stand. Our room was clean but tired and had nothing. No water ~ not make up wipes ~ no tissues or other bathroom amenities. You could see the light coming all around the door. We were charged a facility fee of $40 and when we asked they said it was for resort amenities. They have a terrace but no furniture so it was useless. The restaurant on the main level was used as storage . With all the other options in NYC I would...

"Quirky boutique-style hotel in midtown, 24 hr gym, in-room workout station, complimentary coffee machines and flavored water in the lobby. On site restaurant and bar with very reasonable prices and tasty food. I ding them on the limited elevators (so try to avoid upper floors if you can) and the coffee machine in my room didn’t work. But otherwise great stay, I’d go back. "
