"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay."

"We didn’t stay long (late night arrival from London and early flight) but we felt so welcome and comfortable. Very clean, warm, well-equipped room and of course we loved the beautiful Four-Poster Bed. Ancient building, nicely furnished, giving the illusion of being in deep countryside despite being only 8 minutes away from the airport on bus#3. I’ll definitely return next time I have an early flight. "

"On street parking right outside at £17.50 for 24hrs. The Eden room is lovely with it's own small garden and hot tub. Staff very friendly. Breakfast served in the sister hotel 2 doors along, was very nice and plentiful."
