"Very nice place with very kind staff! The manager even offered me a ride when she saw me walking with my large suitcases and then gave me two bananas to welcome me! I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is very strong and effective. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience.
