"We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly throughout. The rooftop bar was lovely for both a few drinks before we went out and for the breakfast in the morning. We didn't use the gym or spa which we would have liked to, but didn't have time, so can't comment on them. The room was a lovely size and very clean. Would happily use again."

"Good location next to a nice pub. However, the hotel was a bit run down and the room was pretty awful. My room had ripped, dirty carpet and peeling paint. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again. "

"Overall a good stay with an amazing breakfast. Let down a little by only being given 2 towels for a 4 person room (reception did fix this straight away) and the WiFi being significantly slower than the 25mbps advertised which was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel"

"Brilliant location, we use it to fly early flights from Birmingham airport. The car is in a safe locked carpark, so no need to unload. Rooms are huge and quiet and there are great places to eat locally if you aren't eating in the hotel."

"Clean, easy check in and out. Great room service. Room was a bit out of the way and difficult to find at first as was accessed by separate elevator but staff was helpful. A bit odd that bathroom had no door. "
