"Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin."

"Lovely little place, lovely room with lovely hot shower facilities which is rare to come by. 4 star rating only due to the pub being closed and nothing close locally to get food ect."

"The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the location in Lickey Hills is fantastic. The stay was relaxing and comfortable. "

"The rooms were clean, although there was a noticeable smell throughout, possibly from cleaning products or the carpets. Otherwise everything was great. The room was tidy, the breakfast was fresh and hot, and the staff were very helpful."

"Lots of parking. The waitress at breakfast was great and couldn't do enough for me. I stayed 2 nights, 1st breakfast perfectly cooked, the 2nd breakfast not so great. Prices are about right The room was big, clean light and airy with good facilities. Definitely an above average establishment. I would definitely re visit."

"Bar offered a very good selection and the breakfast was good but only available between 8 and 10 am. By 9.50 however there was little left and some of the food had been sitting around for too long."
