It’s a no for me

No hot water in shower. No toilet paper in bathroom. TV is a Roku TV that you have to sign in to but it doesn’t connect to the Internet. Bed was comfortable though.

The staff was super friendly! However, we did not end up staying. The carpet around the jacuzzi tub (in the middle of the room) made the whole room smell like mold. The room was clean though.

Great room for the price. We stayed two nights and would stay there again. Breakfast included juice, waffles, cereal, toast and yogurt and of course coffee and tea. Thanks for all your service. If you stay here, George’s Family Restaurant in Lowell is a few miles west and is outstanding! Food and service is excellent and prices are very fair😊

Very clean, good for one night stay passing thru

A very clean and comfy place. It’s a simple hotel without a lot and bells and whistles but that was fine for us. We were just looking for a clean and decently comfy place to sleep for one night and this fit the bill. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Good for those on a budget but not that great

I would like to start with the positives: we checked in very late, and there was a staff-person available at 1am. We appreciate this, as well as the convenience of being right off the interstate and offering a less than average price per night. We also appreciated that the room air conditioner worked well, as the room was stuffy upon arrival. In contrast, the bathroom light/fan was very very loud, there were insufficient towels, no one made our beds or replenished supplies after the first of two nights, there were no cups for water in the room, the breakfast was very very minimal (and we had to ask for what little there was behind locked cabinets) and the place was a little rundown as well.

The office staff were friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part. I lifted the bed sheets and beds had brown stains on the sides. However, the walls are thin, we heard the room next door all night long until about 3am. Breakfast is slim to nothing. As I was leaving another guests asked me to translate as she was checking out that she had bedbugs in her room. She had pictures and bites on her legs.
