"This is a very nice hotel where most of the staff are friendly! The amenities are exceptional!! Besides the swimming pool being over crowded it was a nice stay! "

"Hallways and stairways were a sauna. Heat was on way too high. Breakfast was ok. Need some fruit. Not sure why there were dinner potatoes and pulled pork out there. Would be better with some bacon or a breakfast sausage. Pool and hot tub wasnt open. We couldnt get a discount for not being able to use the gym, pool and hot tub. Wont stay here again. "

"The staff was GREAT who we interacted with. The bathroom by the pool had toilet paper and pee all over the floor. No towels for the pool. There was a verbal argument between other guests outside our room that woke my daughters up in the middle of the night which staff addressed immediately. The room overall was okay. Our room smelled like fresh paint so we didnt have issues with smell. The bedding had food crumbs on top of fitted sheet so we didnt sleep under the comforter. "

"I paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a couch for 3 people. I went to check in and my room was given to someone else. The onky thing available was 1 bed, and i had to sleep on the floor."

"Outdated but was perfect for a one night stay till our house was finished! "

"On the first night there my sheets had a couple stains on them and there were a couple of red hairs in my bed which caused me to just sleep on top of the covers. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place above the shower. I ended up fixing the ceiling tiles to the point where they were put back into place. The second night I was there they actually swapped the bed sheets out."

"Breakfast was fresh but limited and menu was the same both Saturday and Sunday. Parking was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. "

The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!"
