"I was charged for items in he room that were not touched nor consumed and the staff are refusing to rectify the situation. If I had consumed the items in question. There would not be an issue.
I find it very unsettling that a Marriott property would act like this."

"No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous."
