"Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return "

"Excellent overall experience. The place was within walking distance to the beach. Parking was included in the stay. Place was clean, very comfortable mattress, hosts were extremely pleasent to stay with. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use the hotel again."

"All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. Rooms were very clean, plenty of storage area’s for your belongings. Good choice of tea, coffee etc, tall fan available to help in this warm weather. Iron &...
