"Spacious and clean bedroom and living space. The property is quiet and conveniently located. The outdoor pool area is large and provides areas of shade, too. Our complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival were a nice bonus. "

"Yes they did it was so good, well prepared and great to look at and taste the best breakfast ever.Staff went out of they way to take care of you me and my husband was pleased it was gis birthday. Rooms was awesome we had a king suite. Great view from where we was. "

"We only used the swim area. It was a lovely space. Our view from our 23rd floor balcony was beautiful. "

"I arrived at 5:30 proceeded to try and check in but my room wasn’t ready. I was told it would be ready by 6 pm. I kept checking back with front desk. But it was 8:15 before I was given a room. I had a big event to attend that night and needed to clean up and change clothes. The event ended at 9. Needless to say I was forced to attend in the clothes I had travelled in. "

"The room was not worth over $200 for one night. The hotel was very old and the vent in the bathroom was full of dust. The bathroom floor had not been mopped in a while. THe air in the room was damp and old. We did open the sliding glass door to let it air out some. "

"It was a beautiful hotel. Ami’s pizza and gelato was delicious! The staff were kind and helpful. The room was awesome. The bed was so soft and comfy and the pillows! The shower heads were so nice. The view! So beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the HardRock on our prior stays. We have a new favorite."

"Yes the parking was great! The only thing is no access to the pool and we thought itll be better to have a better view onstead of being to the back but other than that everything else was awesomeness!"

"The room was clean. The smell in the hotel was musty. There is no staff. have to call to check in. I paid for an upgraded room and was not given that room or told about the difference in rooms. "
