"Staff was rude on multiple accounts, mostly the bar staff morning and night. Room was so humid the bedding felt like it was never dried. No coffee offered during weekends. Felt "pretty" but completely lacking ALL hospitality. Very disappointed. "

"Stayed for a dance competition, quiet. Very clean. Convienent location to tourist attractions. Easy parking. Is not beachfront. That is harbor side and traffic makes it difficult to get to. About a 5 minute drive from total beach , and the beaches there are public and fairly easy to get to. There was a nice view, however there are lots of homeless people in this area apparently, my kids were very intrigued about the man sleeping in the yard by the waffle house. "The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Lots of homeless population around hotel. We had to work on our own toilet everyday to get it to work and the WiFi was very poor. Connection continuously dropped making watching TV or streaming very difficult."

"I stayed for three nights and I enjoyed every minute of it. The room was clean, the restaurants had great food and drinks, the casino area was entertaining, and the staff was helpful! I will be staying again upon my return!"

"Pool was over crowded with locals who pay a fee to use pool , but not guests.... Casino area was too cold.... Drink runners... too few... Ceiling fixtures of areas flithy... Room ok.... but windows dirty, same with shower..."

The front desk was awesome, the bell man was very accommodating, and the only thing was that it looks like the property is all the property of the Harris and I wasn’t aware that they did not give you service unless you ask for it but like I told the lady when I checked in that we were chatting first so maybe that’s why she just forgot to tell me about that part of the service and the last thing is that I wasn’t understanding if you checked in earlier that it’s a fee...
