"We had a quick stay, just for one night, then off to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave quite early to catch a flight. The shuttle was quick and efficient. We even got a quick bite to eat or coffee to go."

"The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary."

"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. The only redeeming qualities were that the breakfast was mostly decent, though the omelette tasted freezer burnt on the...

"To start it is a quick 5 minute or less drive to the airport. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with a omelet station made to order, and biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, Eggs, Sausage. I stayed in room 419 it was clean, the bed was soft/firm but good. The only thing way the mildew smell witch I let them know about when lift cause I was only staying 1 night anyway and I think it was coming from the AC unit. They said they would have there maintenance guy look...

"It was what you would expect of a budget motel. The one downside is they had the lobby locked, and you had to sit in a small box just to check in, or talk to them."

"Love the roomy walk in shower. Good pressure and the hot was hot if you're a person that like really hot showers. Staff was friendly, overall I will book again 10/10"

"This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you."

"Staff were really nice.. The breakfast options were good. Free parking. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room was not cleaned during 4 day stay. But we just bagged the garbage and disposed of it."

"The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle."

"My room was perfect. Front desk staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Breakfast was a great option and was fresh hot and tasty. I will stay here again if I come back to Benton. This was truly the best small motel I have ever stayed at. I rate this hotel right up there with the expensive fancy hotels."
