"Overall, we had a good experience here. We stayed in one of the tiny homes, and while it was advertised as sleeping up to six people, it was realistically only comfortable for four. The futon had a large metal bar running through the middle, making it very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The river access was amazing, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The only other issue was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom and possibly the water. Despite these drawbacks,...

"The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in."

"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them."

"Room was decent. Definate decline to the hotel. Breakfast was good. Hot tub needs maintenance. Definately in need of repair. Pools were well maintained and fun. It worked for us during our stay. TV was not working well. We ended up watching something on our laptop. Location was great for our visit to our grandchildren."

"This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6."

Hotel had a perfume smell like they were trying to hide something. Would not stay even for one night. Very basic breakfast, but coffee and juice was fine. Run down parking lot, beside a gas station. "It was a nice hotel and close to everything. The only issue we had was that we paid $10 per day for parking and each night when we returned parking was very hard to find and very inconvenient to park at the back of the lot with between big trucks in small spaces."
