"The hotel is very good, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. However, the only disappointing aspect was the lack of a mini fridge in the room.
I requested one at the front desk and was told that they would provide it. Unfortunately, even after my five-night stay, I never received the mini fridge as promised.
Aside from this inconvenience, I had a great experience. I believe the hotel could improve in this area, especially when it comes to following through on promises made to guests."

"We were there in mid October. Temperature in the low 30s, when we got to our rooms they were cold. I turned on the heater and left for dinner. Returned a couple hrs later and the room was still cold. I went to the front desk and was told the whole hotel heating system was broken and didn't know when it would be fixed but would get us a space heater. Which they did.
The staff was helpful and sympathetic, but hotel owners are slum lord's. Worst 2 nights of our 3 week road trip. I've stayed at...
