"Clean, quiet room, tea and coffee in the room, TV working. Online Check-in option was very handy. 24hr desk is also handy as we arrived after midnight and had no issues getting our key.

The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable."

Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. "Entrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast."

"Excellent service from when i arrived, i forgot to mention in notes i was in a cast & they soon changed me to a ground floor room & supplied a shower mat instantly on request. Well done!!!"
"The Leicester was everything a person could hope for and more! Cliff was an amazing host and provided great dining recommendations! Breakfast was amazing and the guest house menu was extremely varied and all delicious. The room was very comfortable and clean. The absolute perfect location as well."
