"The room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and had the amenities needed. The shower was absolutely amazing oh my days. Lovely staff, all pleasant. Spa was absolutely spot on, so relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal was delicious too. "

"Comfy room, generous towels. Arrived late Friday evening, no bother getting a table in the pub downstairs for food- they don't take table reservations, so I wasn't at a disadvantage. Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. "Really didn't enjoy our stay. The room was dirty especially around the windows and in poor state of repair with multiple chips in the basin. We had to climb a very old spiral staircase to get to the room which would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Finally we were given a choice of breakfast either at 7.15 am or 10.15 and nothing was available in between."

"We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. "

"What a pleasure! Staff were great - very helpful, from arrival through to departure. Whether it was the free room upgrade or the gym or the very accommodating wating staff and chef who accommodated my unusual diet - all done with a smile. Well done, everybody, and see you soon!"

"Parking appeared to only be on the road outside. However, the booking suggested a continental breakfast, and it was actually a fantastic full English. High quality food for the price, and a fantastic surprise."

"Staff were amazing on reception and a shout out to the male manager(?) next door at Beefeater! Excellent service! Room was sufficient for our needs the only thing that would be great would be a smart tv in the room!"

"We did not have time to use the hot tub unfortunately and we did not look for shops nearby but we had no need anyway."

"Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order. Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed."

"Well situated. Hotel felt a bit dated but we got a good rate so I guess that reflects it. Staff were friendly but service a little slow and inefficient. We had two rooms for our family. My room was fine but the second room the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom which was a nuisance. I slept perfectly well but it would have been nice to be able to change the temperature- the panel in my bedroom didn’t seem to work. Rooms were clean but looked like they could do with a refurb. "

"This was my fourth stay at Station Suites. It's good value and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are great and the beds are really comfortable. "
