"Was difficult and confusing to navigate from airport to the hotel, but eventually made it. The room was so cute and roomy. Check in was a bit confusing, the charged me extra but I have no idea what it was for…then got charged again several days later after I checked out for another odd charge but I didn’t find it until a week later. I asked about transportation to the cruise ship at check-in for the next morning and was told to reserve the water taxi. I couldn’t do this via my phone and was confused about what water taxi I needed so I ordered an Uber to pick me up. While waiting for the Uber I found that they actually had a free shuttle to the cruise terminal that morning so was able to cancel the uber! Why so much confusion? I had dinner and breakfast but it was pretty expensive and so-so taste wise. There were very few options for quick eats near the hotel that were walkable."

"Perfectly located between a 5-15mins walk from many of the main attractions, shopping and eating areas. And if not, the metro and tram lines are a few minutes’ walk away. Easy check-in process, and if you can’t use the digital check-in system, there’s always someone at hand to help. Lockers are available if you arrive before check-in or need to store luggage after check-out. The room is comfy, clean, and has plenty of space to hang/store luggage. The shower, although contained and large, opens out directly into the room (lacks privacy for changing). A lovely, stylish hotel with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend it!"

Check-in was easy with the self-service method, and I really liked the workspace area, which provided a coffee machine and lots of space for socializing or working. The surrounding area isn't the most appealing in the evening, but I didn't have any safety concerns. But the location is very convenient for tourist sites in Rotterdam."

"We have been travelling in europe for over a month now. We booked the King Superior Room with Harbor View for 4 nights and the view was amazing but the hotel experience was pretty underwhelming compared with many of the other properties we stayed at even at the higher cost. The room is large and has a table to sit around and enjoy the view but the table only had 1 chair. We had to use the luggage rack for a chair. We asked for another chair 3 times and finally had one brought to the room our 2nd evening we were there. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a glass of wine at the table once we had a 2nd chair. The bartender was nice enough to lend us a couple of glasses but then housekeeping took them away the next day. We just gave up and drank wine from the water glasses after that. Most of the places we stayed had usb charging ports but nothing here. I assume most people that book these rooms book as a couple so wouldn't 2 chairs and a couple of wine glasses make sense? The hotel location is great but there was not one thing (outside of the harbor view) you could call a special touch that makes it worth the extra cost or that would make you want to come back."

"My first hostel stay/ experience, and CityHub exceeded my expectations. The pods give a private space and there is a good amount room for belongs and getting comfortble without feeling claustrophobic. Communal areas were kept very clean, and guests were respectful. Probably saw a handful of people over the stay but everyone kept themselves to themselves. CityHub is nicely decorated and it felt bright and spacious. Would recommend."
