I went to the front desk, and she promptly put me into another room. Unfortunately, when I opened up the door, I was greeted by the smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. "The staff were very helpful and happy. Upon arrival, the individual at check in gave all the helpful information about the building. Very family friendly and a great price."

"Room was clean. There’s a restaurant in the lobby and they don’t offer room service. Breakfast was so-so. On the weekend it’s buffet style and you have to pay for it. It’s the same ol stuff the other hotels have for free. All in all it was nice though and the kids had fun swimming."

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum."

"Staff was excellent. Check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked and refilled throughout the morning. AC took a bit to cool the room down but we were coming from outdoor tournament and were extra hot."
