"Great customer service "

"The room was clean, other than the sofa pull out bed mattress was stained badly in the center. I have pictures to send to you. I complained at the desk, but they offered no solution. Our room was also a wheelchair accessible room, not like the one showed in the picture. My son arrived there on Monday, and his room was like the one in the picture, a little nicer layout. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was great, and everything else was perfect, except seeing that mattress turned us all off, just...

"The front desk staff would leave and be unavailable...we got locked out of our room and had to wait at front desk until someone returned. No pool towels. Mold in the bathroom. No fruit for breakfast. Was not impressed with this stay!"

"The property overall was very clean and neat and attractive--our room was as we expected--roomy and clean--the staff was very nice and knowledgeable--and breakfast was very nice with a great staff. We did not use the gym."

"An excellent location, convenient access to all that Charleston has to offer! Good, clean, basic motel. Our room had both a mini fridge and a microwave which was handy. The property is beautifully landscape and set on the side of a good sized creek. We weren’t traveling with a pet, but it seemed like a beautiful place to stay with a dog."

"Our stay was very good. Brianna at the front desk was full of great sightseeing and resturant recommendations. The only issue we had was the microwave in our room didn't work, we called the front desk and we were able to use the kitchen microwave thanks to Michael. We also had too unload our luggage on King Street since hotel has no entrance or parking.
