"The hotel was very clean, it wasn't overly crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food was not good. It didn't make us sick, but it was a let down most of the time. There was one day when we were served hamburgers that were still raw in the middle. We also experienced very long wait times a few nights. One evening we had to wait two hours to get a table, and then it took another two hours to get through our meal. There was also a scheduling snafu on the part of the spa that was annoying. At check in, we took advantage of a deal on a couples massage and the front desk secured an appointment for us. When we went to the spa to check in for our appointment, we were informed that they had made a mistake on the booking and asked us to move our appointment. We had other plans and couldn't move it so we opted to cancel. At first the spa employee tried to tell us that it wasn't possible to cancel, so we had to push back and ask for a manager. Ultimately we were refunded the money. We would stay here again, but not before looking at other places first - and we wouldn't eat the hamburgers again."
