"I was disappointed at the condition of the place. During the night, the shower mysteriously started dripping/running and this woke me up...twice! even after I got up the first time to make sure the handle was fully off. this was the first night and I hadn't use the shower yet. Bathroom has glass door and there's no black-out curtain in the bathroom, so in the morning, the sunlight will come through to your bed, making it hard to sleep in especially when you had woke up twice because of shower water running. The pool had great view and layout was nice; however, there were missing tiles and bunch of loose tiles bottom of pool. Could be a hazard when stepping on the loose tiles. Breakast was just ok, nothing special compared to other hotel breakfasts I had in Da Nang. Staff is very friendly except the night front desk guy wasn't as friendly as rest of the staff. Scooter Parking is very easy. I really wanted to like this hotel, but was disappointed with my expectations."

"First off, they sold the room we booked and gave us a room in the front of the hotel which is definitely not as nice as the rear of the hotel. They told me they were "upgrading" my room instead giving me the room that I booked facing the river. The front view is a drainage ditch not a river! This experience aggravated me so I agreed to take the lesser room the first night and move to a better room the next two nights. The staff here is very task oriented and not service oriented. The location is not optimum and you have to walk a short distance though a trashy part of town to get to the tourist walking area. They don't offer a shuttle or buggy for this and they definitely should! In both rooms the showers were a bit moldy and the rooms are not soundproof for TVs etc. Other than those things the hotel is ok. I would look at other options for Hoi An but if you like this location it's an ok place to stay. If you want a good view make sure you request a room facing the big river at the rear of the hotel on a high floor!"

"Friendly staff although some not as bright as others. Room looked amazing on arrival but on closer inspection was filthy. Nice bathtub in bathroom but all behind it dirty, top of mirror full of dust and dirt on the walls. Small balcony also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Hotel has pre arranged collection from airport and some trips. Taxi tried to overcharge due to needing bigger car for luggage, funny he had the key to his car in pocket 😳 paid for the trips on arrival, looking at the brochure paid more that double fo one of the activities, when challenged was advised paid more as it a private tour, told then I hadn’t requested a private tour which they was going to look into, never heard anything back. Breakfast was mediocre, wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Was that bad we checked out early and went to another hotel"

"Bliss Hoi An is a beautiful property with the perfect name. It truly is “bliss” staying here. My bedroom was stunning with beautiful toiletries and all the amenities you’d need. The pool, the grounds, the spa, the restaurant - all excellent. The courtesy bus into Hoi An was great and the timings were ideal. My only negative is the staff on the front desk. Every encounter I had with them I found them to be unfriendly and they couldn’t wait to finish their dealings with me. This was very disappointing as the staff in every other area of the resort were superb. I wouldn’t hesitate however to recommend this resort. "
