"The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at...

"We stayed for three nights in a top floor room with a river view. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to the Old Town and the night market. It was especially helpful to be able to return to the hotel and rest during the hot daytime hours. The room didn’t have a sofa, only a bed, but it was spacious and very clean. There was also a café downstairs serving great coffee, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"4月15日に1泊。ツインリバービュー。 スタッフ、朝食、立地、全て良し。 満足、また利用したいです。 あえて厳しい意見を言うとしたら、 ガウンはあるが、その他ハンガーは3本しかなかった。2人での宿泊なのでできれば4本欲しい。 鏡がバスルームにしかない。部屋の何処かにもう一つあると良い。アジアあるある事例だけど、浴槽があるが壁に付いてなので、ビショビショになる。浴槽のシャワーが使いにくい。"
