"This is a beautiful property located just outside of the town of Yufuin. The service was great and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor spa while viewing the scenery around us. The hotel shuttle from the train station was not very convenient with only one small bus per hour and reservations required in advance. We opted to take a taxi which was under US$10 and very easy. We stayed two nights and spent much of the middle day walking around the town. Highly recommend."

"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. "Impeccable service! So we did not indicate that we have two children joining us as we always do when we book our accommodation. The owner couple accommodated us in all ways, providing the children with meals and even remaking the bed such that it fit the four of us. What stood out the most is that we have forgotten our travel adapter. When we did not respond to their email as we were out at the safari, the owner even drove out to the theme park to pass it to us. It was over 20 min drive out in a foggy weather and we couldn’t believe that he did it out of good will. 100% loved our stay! We hope to come back soon! "
