"Upon arrival, I would have given 5 stars, because what’s not to love about being right on the beach!
Well, what’s not to love is a noisy AC unit that wakes you up from a dead sleep when it turns back on in the middle of the night. That, and the lights were kept on outside the room all night which the curtains do not block out entirely. One final note - there were lots of noisy car races throughout the night, which, if the AC unit had the ability to stay running without going into energy-saving...

"Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

"Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running.
Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!"

"The staff was awesome! This was last minute booking due to a horrible motel experience minutes prior. We were so lucky to get this spot.it was perfect for us as we a Jersey shore fans and not only were we right on the boardwalk we were next door to the shore house!!!!! The outlets were not the best they wouldn’t hold our chargers or anything. The beds were a little old and wonky however over all it was great!!!"
