"You have to call their number on the door to get in. It was very clean, bedding was very clean and obviously laundered. Roommates were not loud, the bathroom is inside the room. You have to go upstairs to eat, where they have a big table. Overall clean everywhere. Mattress was ok. Would stay again."

"Arranged for a higher floor room with a better view — the room itself was nice and service was good. That said, it wasn’t particularly quiet. There was a wedding during our stay, which led to noticeable noise in the hallways late at night. Despite being marketed as well-insulated, we could also hear highway traffic and motorcycles pretty clearly. Staff were somewhat accommodating, but overall I left a bit disappointed on that front. "Hours of lobby bar / restaurant were disappointing (closed mid-afternoon, and by 10pm). 10am end of breakfast on a weekend was not ideal. Minor maintenance issues in room (bathroom door handle broken). Overall lighting excessively dark."

"Location Location! A great hotel, traditional finishes and some more dated accommodations than other options but the staff and convenience of the location really added the extra value. Clearly unique in that it's directly attached to the Rogers Centre but that also made it fun! Dinner overlooking the ball diamond was fun to take in as well. A classic stay, great central area and walking distance to essentially everything!! "
