"Nice, clean. Shuttle to Mayo is excellent. The only thing I would say is most times when we went to the front desk, no one was around. It would be good if there was an employee out front at all times. "

"This hotel is outstanding! It is clean, quiet and friendly. The breakfast is the best at any hotel I have ever stayed. It has proteins, eggs and meat choice, whole fruits and a fruit bowl, oatmeal with all the toppings , every pastry known to man and two types of make your own waffles! First time I have seenregular and strawberry. They also, have all the toppings you need for the waffles and pastries. The shuttle runs right on time with very nice drivers. "

One of the best things that we experienced was that one of the receptionist actually packed our car for us as I was limited to how much I could lift after surgery "

"LOVE this hotel. We stay every time we go to Mayo. It is out dated but SUPER CLEAN, a place you can tell employees take pride in. We always recognize staff even through the years. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. One huge perk too is it has access in the hotel to the subway system. Thanks Brentwood for another awesome stay, you never disappoint. "

"The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday."

"Multiple Mayo appts. Only issue entirely not to do with hotel- shuttle service was nice but several times the bus had 3x the allowed passenger limit. 65 counted on a 20 something passenger bus. Could have gotten off and waited an hour for last bus but heard it at 71 on it the day before!"
