"Weird experience at the front desk, where the manager guy seemed super annoyed. He reprimanded a customer checking in for parking in the garage before check-in (how are we supposed to know not to do this), and another person because he couldn’t find their booking, complaining loudly that “everyone is using third party bookings.” I found myself feeling guilty for using Expedia and then remembered that I had no reason to. "I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in.
