"Milford is a nice town to hang out in with many places to shop, dine and visit historical sites and lovely architecture on every street and John Wallace House is the perfect place to stay. Close to center of town, lovely bedrooms, delicious breakfast included on antique china. Innkeepers lovingly restored this gem of a house. "

"Super great spot if you’re hiking for the weekend (stokes state park Is 5 mins up the road). The bed was SO comfortable . Very clean .The decor was adorable , I felt like I was near the beach . Parking spot right outside your door ( I like to be able to see my car). The mini fridge and microwave were so cute and worked well . "The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! "

"Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here."
