"The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and has a great view of Yonge Street since the hotel starts from the 12th floor. There’s a well equipped kitchen. If you plan to prepare your own meals, there is a grocery store across the street. If not, the Korean food court across the way provides many choices. Free Continental breakfast in the morning is standard and fresh.

"Helpful staff but the first room smelled like vomit and the windows were left open. They quickly moved me to another room which was better but smelled like food. The internet didn’t work on the tv so no streaming services were not available. A worker tried to help but wasn’t able to fix it. Overall, the staff were helpful but it the property felt a bit run down."

"Arrived early in the morning, left our luggages at the reception. Friendly staff, checked in at afternoon. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom, slept well. Water is provided at the lobby. CIBC is right across of the hotel. I used ATM very convenient. Overall was okay for short stay, though the hotel is a bit outdated but very convenient with lot of restaurants nearby."

"The rooms had a minor facelift with new living furniture and television but the mattresses were old and so soft the middle was sinking.
The bathroom is very dated with paint and grout flaking off.
Our room was not ready at the time of arrival (4:30pm) even though official check in time is 3:00pm. The front desk staff did make our parking complimentary as compensation.
Overall, expensive for what it is and I would probably not stay again until significant renovations happen."
