"I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Sunday morning, me and my friends woke up around 4am to find a bed bug on the pillow, an adult size bed bug at that, we caught it in a plastic cup and brought it down to the front desk, he asked if we needed new sheets, we asked for a different room because we had no where else to go at that time in the morning, no other hotel close by would let us check in until 4pm. He said he’d let the manager know what was going on and that we could talk to her later. We got the new room and checked everywhere for bed bugs & didn’t find anything, still we could barely get back to sleep after the whole ordeal because we were terrified to find another one crawling on our pillows. Because of that we didn’t fall asleep until at least 9-10am, we accidentally slept past 3pm, so by the time we went down to the front desk to figure everything out further the manager was gone and the front desk wouldn’t cancel our next nights stay or refund us:/ the whole situation was really disappointing and disgusting, especially for the amount of money spent just to get a room with bed bugs. Terrible all around. Bed bugs override all Non refundable bookings as well as all no cancellation policies."

"Location was close to everything downtown especially Target Field and Target Center! Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever called upon."

"What a quiet hotel that is close to the Orpheum theater! Walking distance to great restaurants too! Would stay here again. "

"We got booked here after our original hotel canceled our reservation. Wouldnt come back. Dirty, outdated rooms, smelled like weed in the rooms and hallways. Pool and hot tun looked gross. Same thing for breakfast 2 days in a row. Not good at all."

"Restaurant was so-so, Staff was incredible but the lobby situation was a challenge. Location is great and the room itself was fantastic. Would stay again assuming there's no longer a 4 step process to try and just get to the room elevators."
