"First, the snafus: 1) apparently there is a new parking fee at this facility (not listed on Hotels.com), 2) no available luggage trolleys when we checked in (distance to our room, one of furthest in hotel was about 100 yards from front entrance and up a fast moving elevator), 3) front desk staff did not give breakfast voucher immediately upon check-in (I had forgotten breakfasts for 2 adults was included with our Hotels.com reservation. Hotels.com text asking how our check-in went, reminded me of the complementary breakfasts) Second, the fixes: 1) front desk staff provided a code to waive the unexpected parking fees. 2) fortunately, I had my toddler's wagon with us, so I was able to use that to bring our luggage to the room (upon check-out, I saw 2 luggage trolleys available for use). 3) I called the front desk regarding the breakfasts, front desk attendant asked me to come to front desk to get the vouchers. I inquired about breakfast for my toddler, she provided additional vouchers. The room was large. The king sized bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Our second day, I misread until what time breakfast was served. I arrived at the breakfast area as it was being taken down. Staff permitted me to take plates for my family and me. The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating."

"Very friendly staff. Was a couple hours early for check-in and the Front Desk gal was very nice and was able to get me in a room right away. The room as very clean, a bit wonky but overall the main important thing - clean. Is it dated? A little (bathroom could use a little touch up). Was it spacious? Yes - unless you wanted to get around the bed to the closet, but we made it work. Lots of room in the business/kitchen nook and in the "living room". Breakfast was good - nothing fancy... but it was free and it tasted good. Overall, a really good experience."
