"There was an aggravating problem at the window where there was a constant drip hitting the windowsill all night, I'm not sure where it was coming from the roof or the above air conditioner. "I noticed blonde hair on the sink and in the corner of the tub, along with clumps of hair underneath the table/desk. The floors had not been swept or mopped. After housekeeping serviced the room, the beds were made and fresh towels were provided, but all of the previously mentioned debris remained. This leads me to believe the room was not actually cleaned, but simply straightened up."

"When we entered the room, #207, the room temp was 75 and the Nashville temps were 90+. The air conditioner only has a low setting so the air speed could not be changed.
