"I found hotel a bit grubby. Breakfast selection was good, but was cold. Middle of afternoon I was in my room and a staff member let themselves in. No knock to warn me. I was told by reception that staff are entitled to enter rooms and to put up a do not disturb sign. Cleaners had already been. Noisy at night from local club, so didn't sleep well. "Friendly staff anf comfortable room"

"Even though the hotel was clean and well maintained, I found the entrance difficult to find and also a lack of parking which required parking my vehicle at a parking garage in the city about three blocks away. At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area."

"Lovely room, helpful staff and super breakfast. Easy parking too. Only minor gripe was that the window didn't stay open and we had to prop it open with a toilet roll. The was a bit of an issue as the weather was unseasonable warm and there is no AC in the room. However, the staff did say this was already noted and action was being taken. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would certainly visit again."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. "We were offered a 3 course meal with a glass of Wine for £25 per person, and an upgrade for £11 this offer came on my phone a couple of days before we arrived. I had both the offers the room was a superior room so much larger with a bath and the meal was also excellent. I will be coming again, as we came to a show at the lyceum and have more shows booked this year. The lyceum is only a 5 minute walk away."

"Air conditioning would be extremely beneficial as we stayed during the hot weather. Also my husband is a coeliac and allergy advice on the breakfast menu would also have been helpful. Otherwise a superb break."
