"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean. The breakfast is ok. They have waffles and oatmeal as the only hot foods. You have to pay to park if you bring your own vehicle. "

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"A lovely stay. My room was very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast which, although busy, had lots of room to sit and eat. The General Manager was a really nice chap when I had a request about laundry, and Dan on the front desk was a dude, really friendly and helpful. The in-house Japanese bar-restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommend. The pool was fun and for Portland the area was nice enough, although to be honest I didn't feel particularly safe anywhere in that city."

"Very clean and cute. Good location for Phantom at the Keller Auditorium. BUT hooks and shower soap dish were falling off the wall. Also, I personally HATE bar soap for the bathroom sink (which is what they had) since it + counter/sink just stays WET and slimy. expensive parking. ALSO WHY oh why was there The Book of Mormon?? (and no bible)…although I could do without either that just seemed ODD. Especially in downtown Portland. Hmmmm"

"In you are staying for 2 nights your room is not cleaned every day. Definitely get the valet parking as it’s very hard to find parking"

"I slept well here and the staff was very helpful! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee! In the evenings there was a nice wine and cheese hour from 5-6. This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!"

"Very pretty room. Was not expecting it to be modern/ so upgraded. Mini bar in the room had plenty of drink options. Disappointed that we didn’t get a scare in room 903. Hopefully one day we can travel back and have a spooky experience if it really is haunted. Wish my husband and I could’ve stayed longer. Only bummer is no parking. Valet for 58$ is way overpriced. "Nice location and decent hotel overall. There were some issues but overall I would stay here again. I like the available amenities including the patio, restaurant/bar (though it closes super early), and the items available to borrow/rent. The staff were nice enough and helpful. I liked the location and found it to be pretty convenient. The bed and bedding were comfortable. However, there were some obvious signs of wear and tear in the room. "There was a lot of lobby noise with 40 plus 4th and 5th graders running around. Unusual that they would be allowed to make so much commotion in the lobby both the evening we arrived the n the next morning when we left. Also attended an event and wanted to inquire about heels I accidentally left at event. The attendant was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for the manager and he was great and was able to locate and return my heels."
