"The room was small and their lifts are always busy and never easy to catch Staff was not really helpful in accommodating the needs"

"Everything about the stay was wonderful — the upscale amenities, the room, and the excellent customer service. I do need to share one concern: a dinner charge for another guest was mistakenly billed to my room number. It seems the staff should verify guests more carefully when using room numbers. I didn’t notice the error until I reviewed the printed receipt at home. They are currently investigating, but the refund process has been taking longer than expected."

"The bar and restaurant were quite accommodating, and the concierge service was helpful. Check in and check out were great and very smooth. Location was perfect for what I needed and felt very safe at all times. "The best thing is the location! Immediately followed by the prompt, professional and knowledgeable staff. I did everything from lose my key to request my friends rooms be close by and they catered to everything patiently and quickly. They called upstairs before letting guests up so I felt very safe. They also upgraded my room as a courtesy upon realizing that it was my birthday weekend. The food was ok. Tasted good but no real ambience in any of the restaurants. I’d without a doubt...

"The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the hospitality crew. Brenda was so friendly and helpful. She had the best smile and just very pleasant to be around. There was another young lady who is African American had pretty braids and was just as amazing. She worked the overnight shift. We will be back in August and plan to stay there again. "The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to great areas and multiple subway stops. Check in and out was seamless. The room was very small, perhaps a little tight for two people but manageable with a comfortable bed and cute little shower. It was loud at night due to being directly on bowery, which is the only issue - but if you have earplugs and tire yourself out, it shouldn’t be an issue."
