"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground.
