"This was by far one of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed at! Upon arrival, they upgraded us. Our room was absolutely amazing. If you ever get the chance, definitely give this hotel a try!! I promise you wont be disappointed!"

"It was very clean. The employees were very nice addressing guest going and coming. However if you’re going to charge those prices at least you could get is an upgrade in the mattress field. My goodness they are horrible and wouldn’t stay again because of it. "

"No Internet and the owner over-billed my by $300. Shower filled the tub, smell was awful. Told the owner is Kmurra whom I spoke with. He lied and so I have reported to Capital One, my credit card company. Kmurra is a thief and scoundrel."

"There was someone else’s dried toothpaste on the bathroom counter, the floor was dirty. The lady (unfortunately working by herself) in the lobby Starbucks was overwhelmed - ended up grabbing a coffee from the front instead. "

"The hotel has been updated from the last time I stayed, but it still needs some work, especially with cleanliness. The room was large but definitely needed to be cleaned better. There were some splatters on the wall, stain on the ceiling, weird dark splatters on the bathroom floor under the sink and the coffee area had leftover food and was sticky. Also, im pretty sure the bed frame was broken- anytime I got on the bed, it made this awful noise (please note my weight is in the mid100s so I don’t think it was me). The staff was great! The breakfast was convenient and was decent for an included breakfast, but some of the food was very stale. The omelette station was amazing. Conveniente location but I felt a little unsafe in the area. I don’t think we will stay again because of the cleanliness. "

"Me and my husband was on the 14th floor, the room was excellent, staff was amazing and the property was wonderful!!! We are at the restaurant Conners and it was amazing! Great stay overall!"
