"Saavi is a stunning 9-room boutique hotel in La Condesa, and our stay was fantastic from start to finish. If you're into luxe boutique hotels with great service, this is the spot.
The design is beautiful with floor-to-ceiling doors that open up to great views and a breeze, tons of storage, and a gorgeous large bathroom. Le Labo and Summer Fridays products in the bathroom were a nice touch. With only two rooms per floor, you never have to wait for an elevator, which is such a nice perk of a...

"Really beautiful hotel. Aesthetically pleasing. Well taken care of , and they surprised us with an anniversary treat on the bed!! So nice!
The ONLY thing that's weird is that they don't have telephones in the rooms, so everything is on whatsapp and the response is inconsistent. I would still prefer a phone to directly contact the front desk, if needed.
Toto and bathtub was AMAZING - with quick dry tiles in the bathroom. Incredibly gorgeous location. Would definitely recommend :)"

"We stayed in a ground-floor room with a king bed, which was very convenient for getting in and out of the hotel. The staff were wonderful and always willing to accommodate our needs. The restaurant, Calma, served an excellent breakfast.
This is a boutique-style hotel, so the rooms may not have the bright lighting you would expect in a five-star hotel. However, when we requested a room with better lighting, the staff were happy to accommodate us.
The highlight of our stay was the exceptionally...

"Thus was my third visit to Casa Miravalle. While there were many things I previously enjoyed—such as the decor, location, and service—unfortunately, this will be my last stay due to poor customer service.
Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room. I informed the manager, who acknowledged the error and offered a temporary upgrade until my park-view room became available. However, once the room was ready, I had to move all my luggage myself without any assistance offered.
Furthermore, one of the...

"This hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood, a short walk from a beautiful park with lots of restaurants all around. Our room was pretty large with a balcony and well-appointed, and actually had outlets where you need them (a rarity even in high-end hotels). Housekeeping left a little to be desired-small things like removing the shower mat and failing to replace it-but the room was clean. The included breakfast was fine and was consistently replenished,...
