The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. "Lovely spacious rooms we had a little private garden space. Huge bathroom nd comfy bed, close to konbini and labo ramen which is a must visit. Close to public transport and quiet area "

"Nice hotel close to Kyoto station and shopping mall and restaurants, very clean, but bed is small for 4ppl (I booked quadruple room) and I don’t really like the pillow too. But overall it’s a very nice hotel."
